Martha Hubbard, Director of TC3.biz, has over 17 years experience designing customized training programs in Tompkins and Cortland counties. Martha is experienced in developing a variety of manufacturing training programs, including lean manufacturing, plastics extrusion, leadership, team-building, Six Sigma, electrical technology, HVAC and more. She has secured grant monies from a variety of sources to support these initiatives. Martha's extensive community involvement allows her to develop partnerships to bring area resources to your door.

Michele Lopez provides administrative support for our customized training programs. She efficiently handles all the logistics, attendance records, and details so you don' t have to.

Susan Greener, Business Development and Training Specialist, comes to us from industry, where she managed customer service and sales support initiatives, and designed, developed and delivered training programs. Her skills in training needs analysis and evaluation are an advantage in working with clients in healthcare, education, not-for-profit, and government and finance sectors. Recently moved to our community, Susan draws on her connections across the state to meet your needs.
