Communication Effectiveness Scale: We can use this instrument to help you provide managers and supervisors with essential feedback about how they communicate with subordinates, peers and superiors in 6 dimensions. Leadership Dimensions Inventory: What all leaders have in common is that others recognize the value of their contribution and choose to follow them. Used as a basis for a facilitated session, this program will help you and your employees identify and capitalize on leadership strengths and value the differences within your organization.

Training Needs Assessment Test: This test pinpoints training needs in 15 key management skill dimensions. This will help you identify where to place emphasis in management and supervisory training activities.

Leadership Skills Test: We can help you evaluate the leadership strengths and developmental needs of your employees with this tool. Skill dimensions we will examine include coaching, facilitating, communicating, team-building, solution finding, influencing, empowering, servicing customers, managing projects and mastering change. The inventory can provide the starting point for a customized training program.

Intercultural Communication Inventory: Are you managing a more diverse workforce than ever before? Does your organization have locations, customers, or suppliers around the world? We have a learning instrument that we'll use as a basis for a facilitator-led review and discussion about intercultural communication concepts and principles. Topics it examines include language and accent, body language, cultural misunderstandings, ethnocentrism, communication distortions, and customs and traditions.
