Q. How do you decide the right trainer for a particular job or a particular client?
A. We consider two main factors: the subject matter and the culture of your organization. Starting with a subject matter expert, we identify a facilitator who is a good match for the audience, including communication style and professional background. This insures that your team is fully engaged in the learning event.

Q. What do you mean when you say your training is all "customized"?
A. The Business Development and Training Specialist will work with you to determine precisely the objectives you need the training to achieve, and then work with the facilitator to build an appropriate curriculum; no cookie-cutter training from TC3.biz.

Q. What if I don't have room to have the training on-site?
A. No problem. We can schedule your training at any of three conveniently located and well-equipped TC3 sites-it's part of our service.

Q. What if my organization feels "stuck" during strategic planning or problem-solving meetings? If our efforts aren't moving forward the way they need to?
A. We will engage facilitators who can move your organization forward, around obstacles that stand in the way of your success. You will emerge from the process with greater insights and communication habits as well.
